Search your flight
Start with a regular flight search at least 2 weeks before takeoff to give others time to join your flight.
Start or join a Jetpool
You can either initiate a new Jetpool or join an existing one headed in your direction. Each Jetpool shows how many seats are available and the cost per seat.
Secure your spot
Reserve with your credit card - no payment is charged yet. This shows your commitment and helps the flight progress toward confirmation.
Spread the word
Once your Jetpool is created, it is listed on our website and app so other travellers can see it, join in, and help fill the aircraft. You can also share the link directly to speed things up.
Flight confirmation
When the Jetpool reaches full funding, the flight is confirmed and your payment is processed.
Flexibility & backups
If the flight does not fill, there is no charge. You can either create a new Jetpool, or explore traditional charter options.

Jetpooling lets you start or join a shared private flight with other travellers going the same way. You get the luxury of private aviation while splitting the cost.
You create or join a flight by selecting your route, date, and aircraft. Once enough seats are reserved to cover the flight cost, it’s confirmed. If not, no one is charged.
Your card is only charged once the Jetpool is fully funded and confirmed to fly. Until then, it’s simply a hold or reservation of your seat.
If the Jetpool doesn’t reach full funding, you won’t be charged. You can choose to fund the remaining seats yourself, create a new Jetpool, or wait for another opportunity.
Yes. If you want to guarantee the flight departs, you can cover the difference yourself at any time before the deadline.
You’ll receive notifications as seats fill and a confirmation once the Jetpool is fully funded. Confirmation deadlines are shown during booking.
All Jetpool passengers are verified travellers who meet our safety and identity standards. We never share personal information publicly.
Jetpooling works best for flexible travellers. If your trip is time-critical, we recommend having a backup plan or confirming a full private charter.
